It’s not always when things go wrong that our customers need us. Training or a review of your system can be arranged throughout the year at your home. Our trainer will consult with you to assess your needs and provide an agenda to suit you. For the occasional “brush up” or an introduction to new features, we also run workshops around the UK throughout the year. These are a great cost effective way of keeping your CMS knowledge up to date. It also gives you the chance to meet other care home owners

A member of the Ablyss team will visit your premises to help you configure Ablyss CMS to your own requirements. We’ll get you started, help you with any customisation that may be required, show you how to enter resident information, set up care plans and manage reviews. In short we’ll get you started on the right track so that you can pick up the migration to Ablyss CMS quickly and easily and give your senior team the knowledge and skills to pass training onto the whole team.
Who is this option for?
New customers who feel confident to work hands-on with the system but want the effort of setting up a new system minimised. Also suitable for existing customers who want an annual review of their care processes.
Gold
All the benefits of the Bronze Package, plus:
Unlimited free places at our Customer Workshops*
A member of the Ablyss team will visit your premises 3 times over the course of the year to help you configure Ablyss CMS to your own requirements. You can use all 3 days to adapt the system and train your whole team before you go live or you can spread the days over the course of the year allowing you to have a refresher session, train new staff or to have a system health check.
We’ll provide you with a further 2 training sessions over the course of the year at a venue of your choice for you and your team of care staff.
Unlimited access to our User Forum sessions
Who is this option for?
The Gold Care package is aimed at those homes looking for more in-depth customisation and training. Our trainers are able to spend more time helping you get the system up and running and will be able to offer you a more complete package
