It is comprehensive, flexible, adaptable and regularly updated in response to customer feedback and any changes in legislation or current good practice. It does what Ablyss claims it does. The single most impressive feature has to be their help line, a helpline that is helpful! No mind numbing menus to work your way through, straight to a real person who knows what they are talking about. I have never come off the phone to them without my questions being answered or my problem resolved. No other organisation we deal with comes close. Well done!
