CMS release 7.2.0.6
Please ensure that you have upgraded to at least CMS version 7.2.0.6 which includes the CQC statutory notification for Deaths to make reference to COVID-19.
New features coming soon
Work is well under way developing new features for CMS. We have some big projects lined up for later in the year including consent and home maintenance, which have been asked for by many of you.
We are also nearing the end of our development for an integration feature with Invatech’s Atlas eMar system, and will be beginning trials in the next few weeks.
In the meantime, we have been working on a number of smaller projects which we will be highlighting over the coming months, starting with data analysis and, in particular, Emotion Mapping and Accidents & Incidents.
Emotion mapping analysis
With Emotion Mapping Analysis, you will be able to gain a graphical view either across the whole home, or for an individual resident within a specified date range.
Overview of all emotions recorded within the home.
The changing emotions of one resident over a period of time.
You can also view a breakdown on a specific emotion to see the frequency and time at which it has been recorded. For example, the following image shows Eliza Faulkner has been recorded as ‘content’ 5 times in 2 days, between 2pm and 3pm.
Frequency and time at which an emotion has been recorded.
Accident & incident analysis
With the new Accident & Incident Analysis screen, you will be able to gain a graphical overview based on either:
- Incident Categories
- Locations
- Selected tick boxes, for example, CQC notifications, Police Informed, and Deaths, as shown below.
Graphical overview based on selected tick boxes.
Analysis can be performed either across the whole home, or for an individual resident within a specified date range. You can also break the data down to show if incidents, such as falls, are occurring at certain times of the day.
