How pleased were we to hear that the Duchess of Sussex paid a visit to one of our favourite customers, Brinsworth House. It was wonderful to see Home Manager Tatree and her team showing the Duchess around the home we know so well.

It’s also good to see the Royal family using their status to highlight the wonderful work that is done in care homes up and down the country on a daily basis. Great to see care homes in a positive light for a change. I bet Ablyss CMS was used to record some excellent notes that day!
