Getting the most out of CMS
Published: 6th Mar 18

Our requirements for a care management system change rapidly, sometimes faster than available technology!

At Ablyss we like to think that we stay one step ahead of what you need, but with an ever evolving system, how on earth can you keep your system knowledge up to date? Training can be expensive and our use of a computerised system can get stuck in a comfortable and familiar rutt.

Our customers are so important to us, you guys keep us informed of what you need, what you like, what you dislike, meaning we always have the best system for YOUR home. In return, the least we can do is make sure that you are getting the most out of CMS and all its features, new and old.

We regularly run training workshops around the UK covering different areas of the system. For most of our customers these are already included as part of their support package.

Not only are these days a great way to keep your CMS knowledge spot on, but they are a great opportunity to meet with other home owners and managers. A large portion of the day is spent "networking", meeting new poeple and sharing all manner of experiences, not simply CMS.

We have a training workshop running on the 14th March, and thought some of you might like a sneaky peek into the kind of things we cover on these days. So here is our planned agenda for the day, although all days are subject to minor changes, dependent on the need and requirements of the attendees:
