- Link assets to areas and locations, residents, and other related assets

- Link suppliers to multiple industry categories, for example, fire and safety, and compliance
- Schedule and assign suppliers to repairs, asset maintenance, and compliance certificates
- Request repair estimates, and confirm appointments

- Schedule and assign repairs to person responsible, and a supplier, if required
- Attach a risk assessment, and photographic evidence
- Provides a workflow from initial job, diagnosis, cost estimate, schedule and assign, to job completion
Maintenance
- Provides the ability to plan and manage all activities involved in risk management, asset maintenance, and health & safety compliance
- Link maintenance to the home/area/location/asset category/specific assets, maintenance category (e.g., fire & safety)
- Schedule and assign maintenance to individuals or user groups, and automatically assign follow-up corrective and preventive action tasks
Compliance Certificates
- Track legal, permit, or other compliance related tasks and assign follow-up activities to drive task completion and compliance
- Schedule and assign compliance to person responsible and supplier
- Attach certificates to seamlessly connect all your legal, permit, and compliance data
