A number of our care home managers have mentioned that some of their staff have been stopped by the police on their journey to and from work.
Companies are now issuing all key worker staff with personalised written evidence on headed company paper that should be kept with the employee at all times during this lock down period.
Although producing a letter for each member of staff may be time consuming, it may prevent unnecessary stress to your staff and avoid staff arriving late for work.
