New shift handover dashboard

We are currently working on a brand new feature, which will be appearing on your shift handover screen after Easter.

The new dashboard is designed to give you an overview of key information across your care home within the last 48 hours, with a particular focus on key charts.

The dashboard will not only provide you with statistics, but it will also allow you to drill down in to each feature, making it easy to ascertain shortfalls or new data recorded.

The Dashboard will include the following key data:

• Weights, food, fluids, and repositioning charts, highlighting which service users are on these charts and any missed episodes.
• New Incidents & Body Map entries in the last 48 hours.
• Service users with a HIGH alert on selected score rated assessments and observations.
• Missed task alerts.

In order to make the dashboard work more efficiently, we will also be developing specific reposition and food charts, and will be highlighting these in April’s newsletter.
