Assessment answer matrix

If you have Microsoft Excel installed on your PC we have a great tool within CMS which allows you to view the completed answers for a given assessment tool, for all service users within your care home.

A good example of this would be to view your completed answers for every resident’s personal evacuation plan (PEEP) and Covid test results.

A typical PEEP would include questions such as:

• Room?
• Fire zone?
• Is the resident able to walk unaided?
• Is the resident able to negotiate stairs?

From within the Assessment Module of CMS select the Print Menu > Answer Matrix (based on Current Filter) > PEEP

This will produce an excel report showing the latest assessment for each service user along with the answers recorded.
