Trainers' tips - emotion analysis
When recording your daily care notes, you have the option of recording your residents’ emotional state at that point in time. This will allow you to build an emotion map to help analyse and spot patterns throughout the day.

The Emotion Analysis tool can be found in the Observation section of the Shift Handover Screen. In addition to this tool, you can also filter on a specific emotion, simply by right clicking on the column header.
