Out of hours support
Our office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, business critical support is available by completing our contact form or emailing email@example.com. Please ensure that you provide a telephone number to enable our engineer to contact you.

Once you have contacted a member of support, they may ask to access your machine remotely via our online remote support portal.
Ongoing training & review
It’s not always when things go wrong that our customers need us. Training or a review of your system can be arranged throughout the year at your care home. Our trainer will consult with you to assess your needs and provide an agenda to suit you.
For the occasional ‘brush up’ or an introduction to new features, we also run online workshops throughout the year. These are a great cost effective way of keeping your CMS or Blyssful knowledge up to date.
